1-on-1 Personal Training
1 person per session
1-on-1 training includes a free initial consultation to discuss your goals, create a gameplan, and more.
Sessions can be purchased individually or in packs of 4, 8, or 12. Sessions will primarily be focused on resistance training, but may also include a variety of cardiovascular exercises based on your goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training
2-4 people per session
Crush your goals with a friend! Semi-private training offers the same benefits of a 1-on-1 personal training session, but with a few more friends. Workouts are designed to include a mix of strength and cardio exercises and challenge you to improve. Sessions must take place at client's home or outdoors.
Small Group Boot Camp
10 people maximum per class
Boot Camp is a high-intensity, total body workout without limitations. Each individual class is designed by Laura, and the goal for this class is to provide a quick and effective workout that can accommodate all fitness levels.
Each class runs between 30-45 minutes, including instruction, warm-up, and the main workout. We will incorporate the use of dumbbells, steppers, bodyweight movements, and more, and the structure of the class will vary too — the opportunities are endless!
